Use of transvaginal synthetic mesh for POP and SUI varies greatly around the world. This presentation will review findings from a recent international survey of Urogynecologists on the use of PP mesh for reconstructive surgery. Recent national regulatory changes will be discussed as well as future prospects for mesh use.
